GBC Sticks to ESG Core Values, Prioritizing Corporate Social Responsibility.
GBC was honored with the "HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award in 2022. This accolade highlights GBC's commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles and recognizes its continuous dedication to creating a thriving workplace, enhancing employee well-being, and fostering sustainable development.
The "Best Companies to Work for In Asia" organized by the renowned magazine "HR Asia," stands as one of the most prestigious accolades in the Asian human resources management sphere. This award aims to recognize companies that demonstrate outstanding practices in human resources, employee loyalty, fostering corporate culture, establishing a happy workplace, and effective employee management. Moreover, it evaluates companies' levels of human resource management within the regional market and industry.

In Taiwan, the fifth edition of this award took place this year, focusing on themes of diversity, fairness, and inclusivity. Over 300 companies and approximately 26,000 employees participated by completing assessment questionnaires, which were then professionally evaluated by the organizers. Only 97 companies in Taiwan received this award, and among the many outstanding enterprises, GBC Company emerged as a standout, securing the prestigious title of Asia's Best Employer Award for the first time in 2022.
Mr. Frank Lin, the CEO of GBC, emphasized the significance of talent as the cornerstone of the company's sustainable growth.
